Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or delayed consumption. However, refunds or store credits will be considered in the following situations:
- Damaged during delivery
- Wrong item received
- Item missing from the order
To request a refund or replacement:
- Send an email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Include photos of the issue and your order number.
- Once verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
