Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or delayed consumption. However, refunds or store credits will be considered in the following situations:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Wrong item received
  • Item missing from the order

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Send an email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Include photos of the issue and your order number.
  3. Once verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
